Seven days after incident I get a ten day notice I refused again
Five days after Jacks employees started harassing me with eviction notice. So five days after this happened I got an immediate move out letter. I refused. Told them it was retaliation and I knew my rights
We stayed for a month and it was great! Close to the small town and Anthem. They have really cute goats and a dog park and play ground. The hot tub was nice the pool closed for winter. Very nice staff and met some really awesome neighbors! Thank you Jack & Peggy Sue!
I've lived here with my wife and six kids since Feb 2017 until Sept 1st 2017...Had no issues except the owner and his less than happy attitude. His name is Jack.

Well on July 20th I went to the office to ask Jack how much rent was going to be and I was explaining I wanted to budget appropriately because I was fixing my car and getting kids ready for school shopping. Anyways he freaking flipped out started cussing screaming and threatening me and then at that point pulled his pistol out of the drawer and pointed at my head and my ten year old daughter. No one was harmed thank God. Except emotionally.
1 month after I receive a summons for court for eviction. Keep in mind this man is trying to put me and my sister kids on the street for good choices. We go to court and they tell lies about how I'm hostile, over following trash, leaving dog poop around etc.. none the less we told the judge our story and we won the eviction case. Jack continues to harass is via third parties ie other campers and his employees. He is a loose cannon and is out on his 150,000.00 bail which he paid cash! So beware!!! It may be you next!!

I used to come here when it was under KOA and it was great. It used to be clean and well taken care of. This last visit was gross and dirty and bulk trash every where. Pool was dirty and tons of trip hazards. Sad to see this place go down hill.
I called police and Jack was arrested and charged with four felonies.
The stay was very nice, real quiet the night sky was filled with stars. The pool looked great, did not use it we only the hot tub which was very clean and very nice. The goats are friendly, Dollar store and food market very close by. We stayed Thursday to Sunday Memorial day 2017. Close to I-17 but still very quiet, the cable TV at the site hook up worked , we did not use the shower or bathrooms we have a full coach. Dirt bike and off road people trails at the property line. They go into the hills on the east side of I-17. We did not have any problems at all. Some trailers that are here are old.
