Clean & neat. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great for an overnight stay. Don't walk around back
Nice park with lots of trees. Although the trees are a plus, I give only four stars because they are not kept properly trimmed. I had to go down the middle of the lane to avoid roof damage as I drove to my hookup. I stayed at this park because of their Passport America rate.

This is a great RV resort!! I recently saw a bad review and was leary but trust me, this park deserves it 3 "10's" rating by Good Sam. The management goes out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of and that the property is in great shape. Such a great property covered in fruit trees and great shade trees. The pool and clubhouse are so clean and provided great entertainment for the kids. No one seemed to mind my busy, noisy 3 year old which was awesome. We cannot say enough about the management. We were really impressed. Thanks Ray and your wife for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable!!! WE WILL BE BACK!!
We have been here many times and keep coming back. The park is very well maintained. The management makes sure the place does not go downhill and start looking like some other parks in the area.
